SolarDealz 150 Watt 10 Amp Solar RV Kit - Complete

  • Most complete kit and easiest to install.
  • Pre-wired components - No Cutting, Splicing or Crimping.
  • Great for 30' or smaller RV's with average power consumption.
  • Great for 1 & 2 battery RV systems.

NO WIRING TOOLS NEEDED

We're making our own kits! The easiest kit to install. We've designed this kit with pre-wired ends. No wire splicing, cutting or crimping. It's simple, run the wires, mount the panel, solar controller and connect the wires. Most kits on the market do not come complete with fuses or fuse holders or wired ends. Our kit is pre-wired with fuses, fuse holders and ring terminals for all connections. No wire tools needed.

Great for 30 foot and smaller RV's, 1 & 2 battery systems, with average use.

Our 150 Watt 10 Amp, solar RV kit is a single panel kit for RV's 30' or smaller or with 1 or 2 battery systems. Use this kit to recharge RV battery(s) from daily use or maintain RV batteries over long periods of time. On average, 30 foot RV's use between 30 and 50 Amp-hours a day (average use). Our 150 watt 10 amp solar RV kit will produce between 40 and 55 Amp-hours on most sunny days. Our 150-watt polycrystalline panel kicks out 8.15 amp-hours in 1 hour. An average summer day has 5 to 7 hours of good sunlight. If you are in an area or season that has lower hours of light, please calculate the difference.

Polycrystalline vs Monocrystalline

150 watts is 150 watts. Both types of solar kick out similar or the same amount of amperage per hour of sunlight. The only real difference is the size of the panel. A polycrystalline panel will be about 1" larger. This larger footprint isn't that noticeable. Solar technology has grown steady in the last few years. Most information between poly and mono solar panels is based on old solar technology. With new technology polycrystalline solar panels are a viable option.

Most polycrystalline solar panels work better under partial or low light situations. Poly does better with early morning / late evening sun and cloudy situations. Polycrystalline is less expensive to make. It can save you hundreds of dollars and perform just as good if not better than monocrystalline technology. Again 150 watts of solar either poly or mono technology is still 150 watts of power produced.

This kit is not intended to be expanded.

Very easy to set up even I could do it. Comes with instructions. The hardest part was where to put the wires in the RV.

So easy to set up. October 26, 2017

We bought two of these kits to run separate water pumps. Everything was basically plug-n-play with 4 screws that needed to be tightened.

Might get a few more.

EXCELLENT SERVICE & PRICE!! August 16, 2017
Reviewer: Jeff Pekoy from Bend, OR United States
I recently purchased the 150 watt complete RV solar panel kit with solar controller from Jeff at Solardealz.com.  The product price was fair, the kit works great to keep our RV batteries fully charged in sunny central OR, and Jeff's after the sale service couldn't have been better. Highly recommend.

nice! May 30, 2017

great solar package...easy install.  only critique is i wish there was about 2ft more battery wire... i was 2 ft short on the cable from the controller to the battery and i placed the controller at the mid point of a 21ft trailer.... had to patch in 2ft of #10 wire to make it to the battery....still highly recommended.

Super Good Solar Set Up for Pick Up Camper May 29, 2017
Reviewer: Timothy Riley from Ely, MN United States
Added a Solardealz 150 watt panel to my pick up camper. Used a group 31 Diehard battery to run LED lights, water pump, fridge, etc. on 35 day camping trip to Utah, AZ, CO, WYO.  Our battery stayed "FUL" on the charge controller the whole trip even after we parked in partial shade some days.  I easily installed the panel and charge controller myself.  Only concern was making the final wiring connections but I covered the solar panel with the shipping cardboard when making the battery connection and installing the fuses and finished with no problem!  Solardealz has a quality RV solar set up at a reasonable cost.
